Frequently Asked Questions
Please note: We are an online gas appliance specialist and do not operate a physical shop or showroom.
Payments must be made either by EFT (electronic bank transfer) or by cash deposit directly into our bank account.
We cannot offer Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.). Our deliveries are handled by courier companies, and their drivers are not authorised to accept payments on our behalf.
Orders will only be dispatched once your payment reflects in our account.
We currently cannot process online card payments through our website. You are welcome to place your order online, and we will contact you shortly afterwards with a delivery quote and/or an invoice.
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted courier partners.
Courier charges are based on the weight and size of the appliance you order. We do not add any extra fees on top of the courier’s standard charges.
When your order is delivered, the courier will ask you to sign a Proof of Delivery (POD) form. Before signing, please inspect your item carefully. By signing the POD, you are confirming that your order has arrived in good condition.
Some of our suppliers in Johannesburg allow customers to collect orders directly from their factories, provided we have already received and processed full payment. All collections must be pre-approved by us.
Delivery within Gauteng is usually an overnight service, meaning your order should arrive the day after your payment reflects in our account. Deliveries to areas outside Gauteng typically take 2–3 working days.
Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
